Becky's day is filled with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. We are recruiting for a No7 Advisor for our Beverley, Toll Gavel store. We are looking for candidates to join us from February onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
- Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup and beauty products
- Meet sales targets and tell customers about No7 offers and in-store promotions
- Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
- Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment
- Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products
Work Patterns & Travel
Your basic hours will be part-time, either 15 or 22.5 hours per week. You will cover AM, PM, evenings and weekend shifts, including weekends. The exact shift patterns will be discussed at interview. You will be expected to travel to our Nottingham Head Office for mandatory training, so you should be comfortable travelling by any means of transport.
