About the Opportunity
You will be a key member of a passionate team dedicated to delivering unforgettable customer care while enjoying the support, resources, and progression opportunities of the biggest brand in healthcare.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead clinics and provide specialist care and advice to all patients.
- Test eyes using the latest technology whilst maintaining outstanding patient care.
- Deliver enhanced services based on store needs.
- Respond to emergency triages.
- Work with external healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical support to team members on the shop floor.
- Advise patients using your clinical knowledge.
- Keep up to date with the latest clinical practices.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- GOC registered (or expected to be in the next 6 months).
- Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
- Drive to deliver excellent patient care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
