Join to apply for the Mental Health and ADHD Operations Associate role at Boots UK. This is a full-time hybrid vacancy, working 37.5 hours per week, within our vibrant office in Islington, London.
Responsibilities
- Support with appointment management for booking and rescheduling clinical appointments.
- Coordinate daily service operations for appointments and maintain database accuracy.
- Support daily scheduled messaging with patients and cancellations/discharges.
- Follow up with patients on payment failures and service engagement.
- Support cross-team admin queries.
- Register referrals and liaise with GPs.
- Provide minutes for weekly/fortnightly/monthly meetings.
- Adhoc support for the wider Admin Operations Team to support Clinical Operations and Business Operations Associates during periods of annual leave and busy periods.
- Work closely with the complaints team to ensure complaints are escalated, tracked and resolved in accordance with SLA.
Qualifications
- Recent administrative experiences working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with technology; familiar with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Slack and Zoom.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and demonstrate confidentiality.
- Self-motivated to own workload and efficiently complete tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, can-do attitude to find solutions and get things done.
It would be great if you also have
- Relevant secretarial / administration qualification.
- Exposure to working with a healthcare environment (or other regulated environment such as finance or insurance).
