Responsibilities
- Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme, earning a CIBTAC qualification.
- Deliver personalized skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools and technology.
- Explain the science behind No7 products and translate ingredients into clear customer benefits.
- Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching, product demonstrations, and routine building.
- Drive sales and consistently achieve targets by promoting offers, innovations, and new launches.
- Build long‑term customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Collaborate with the broader Boots team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
- Maintain a beautifully presented counter that showcases the No7 range.
