Our Boots Ludlow store offers a unique opportunity to lead a busy High Street location where pharmacy sits at the heart of everything we do. With a strong and growing dispensing business, you’ll play a vital role in delivering trusted NHS services to a loyal local community, while also supporting the seasonal influx of visitors who come to enjoy Ludlow’s renowned food scene and historic castle.
At Boots, our stores bring together retail and healthcare in a unique way. Guided by our purpose, “With you. For life.”, you and your team will play an important role in supporting people through the moments that matter. In Ludlow, this is especially true—you’ll build strong relationships not only with your customers, but also with the town’s two GP surgeries, helping to shape and grow community healthcare in a close‑knit, rural setting.
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front—creating a calm, supportive and confident culture for your team of 10, which includes Pharmacists, an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician, Dispensers and Retail Advisors. You’ll set the standard for safe healthcare, strong dispensing practices and great retail execution, ensuring your store feels organised, welcoming and trusted by everyone who walks through the door. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same.

This role is ideal for an experienced Store Manager, an Assistant Manager ready to take the next step, or an experienced Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician who is confident running a store day‑to‑day and looking to move into a Store Manager position.
