Contract: Permanent
Hours: Open to both part time and full time (between 24-40 hours per week)
Weekend work: 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday); additional weekend availability is advantageous. We are committed to supporting diverse working arrangements.
Location: Remote or Hybrid. Some office time will be needed in our Support Office - Angel, Islington.
About The Role:
- We’re seeking clinicians who combine strong clinical expertise with a passion for delivering care in innovative, digitally enabled ways.
- Provide patient care through message-based, telephone, and video consultations.
- Act as Duty Doctor, offering clinical oversight to non‑medical prescribers.
- Participate in regular medical learning events and ongoing professional development.
- Engage with the team in daily virtual coffee catch‑ups to foster connection and collaboration.
- Flexible working options available — part-time or full-time (minimum of 3 days per week).
- Weekend commitment: minimum of 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday); additional availability is welcomed.
What You'll Need To Have:
- GMC-registered GP with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience.
- Digitally confident, with experience in online consultations and digital clinical systems or strong motivation to work in digital‑first healthcare.
- Proficient in digital platforms, telehealth systems, and electronic health records.
- Strong communication skills and confident in independent clinical decision‑making.
- Open to innovation and modern care models.
- Collaborative across clinical and digital teams.
- Patient-focused, with a strong empathy‑driven approach.
- Passionate about telehealth and digital healthcare innovation.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience or strong interest in service design, clinical governance, or digital safety in digital healthcare.
- Passion for improving patient care via digital and asynchronous models.
- Familiarity with remote prescribing, asynchronous consultations, or digital triage.
- Comfortable with key digital tools and online care environments.
