As a deputy manager in one of our flagship stores you will help lead one of our biggest businesses to deliver a great customer and patient experience. Our flagship stores have a broad customer offering across retail and pharmacy. Reporting to the General Manager, with a leadership team in your store to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. You will keep up to date and inspire your teams to engage with new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services and New Product Development launches. You will be responsible for the performance and development of your team which you will deliver through regular coaching and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team within a flagship store to deliver a great customer and patient experience.
  • Support the General Manager and leadership team to achieve a strong trading performance with an exceptional operational platform.
  • Inspire teams to engage with new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services and New Product Development launches.
  • Interpret data, trends and insights to react quickly to changing customer needs.
  • Oversee the performance and development of your team through coaching and regular reviews.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Experience leading managers who lead teams within a retail environment.
  • Desirable: Experience working within community pharmacy.
