Overview
Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of cobranded communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work crossâfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications while driving real commercial results â both directly through the communications and by developing stronger and more personalised opportunities for our cobranded activity. It's a busy role that requires a customerâfocused mindâset, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

The role sits in the health, wellness and seasonal CRM team within Loyalty and delivers cobrand activity with a special focus on health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of cobrand activity across all business categories with a proactive focus on health and wellness.
- Working as a member of the healthcare marketing squad to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.
- Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
- Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI results.
- Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.
- Work reactively to facilitate the business asks and work at speed to meet commercial needs.

- Have a background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM.
- Be a creative individual with a customerâfirst, analytical mindâset.
- Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.
