About the opportunity As a Stores Fulfilment Assistant, you'll play a key role in making sure customers get what they need, right when they need it.

You'll pick and pack online orders-whether that's a thoughtful gift, a last-minute treat, or essentials for the celebrations ahead.

This is an important role where you'll help deliver a great experience for our customers-one that keeps them coming back all year round.

It's also a fast-paced and active role, where priorities can change quickly.

You won't just be working behind the scenes-you'll be on your feet throughout your shift, moving between the stockroom and shop floor, helping customers, working on tills, replenishing shelves, and supporting deliveries.

Working in store is a real team effort, so you'll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly.

  • Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently, meeting your own targets to achieve overall team goals
  • Support your team to keep orders on track
  • Help and advise customers on the shop floor
