About the role

The hourly rate for this role is £13.56 and up to £15.59 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required and full training will be provided. This Health and Wellness Sales Advisor role combines expert product knowledge with customer service skills to drive sales and help customers find products that improve their wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Support all health and wellness brands, giving unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience.
  • Use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions, including in‑store and Online Doctor services, referring to dispensary or pharmacist as needed.
  • Use sales and communication skills daily to connect with customers and support their diverse health needs.
  • Maintain a sales focus while working as part of a team; commission structure is not competitive.
  • Support the Health and Wellness Training Programme to maintain NVQ2 level knowledge.
  • Ensure shelves remain well stocked, clean, and tidy throughout the day.
