Boots Opticians is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers in-store. You’ll greet customers, assist with eyewear selections, and support pre-screening activities for eye-tests while building relationships and ensuring excellent service.
Based in-store and reporting to the store manager, you’ll help with dispensing prescriptions, aftercare and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop floor. A passion for customer care and a desire to learn are essential.
