About the role:
Join our media team as the Head of Omni-Media and Partnerships you will lead a team dedicated to driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth for Boots in the ever-expanding retail media space. You\’ll report directly to the Omni-Media Director, playing a pivotal role in reshaping Boots UK\’s retail-media landscape.
As the Head of Omni-Media and Partnerships, you\’ll spearhead the strategic integration of media initiatives to maximize revenue for Boots and BMG (Boots Media Group)
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and execute visionary growth strategies for Retail Media and Partnership Marketing.
• Cultivate collaborative partnerships with major suppliers like Unilever, L’Oreal, and P&G.
• Drive revenue growth across diverse media channels, including digital screens, Criteo Google, META, TikTok, and other innovative platforms.
• Optimise internal collaboration to maximize media effectiveness and revenue growth opportunities.
• Develop robust reporting frameworks to showcase the impact of media efforts and provide valuable insights to our supply partners.
What you will need to have:
• Proven strategic leadership experience in managing diverse media channels and partnerships.
• Strong technical proficiency with industry-leading media tools and platforms.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data and drive data-centric decision-making.
• Passion for and understanding of the retail media landscape.
It would be great if you also have:
• Experience in pioneering retail media projects or innovations.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale marketing budgets.
