What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the analytics function, reporting directly to the Head of Analytics.
  • You will take ownership of key analytical projects, act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, and help shape business strategy through advanced data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex data analysis and modelling projects using healthcare datasets to extract actionable insights and partner with teams to translate business problems into data solutions.
  • Design, build and maintain automated dashboards using modern BI tools, ensuring data accessibility for senior stakeholders and establishing best practices for reporting and visualisation.
  • Champion process improvements and introduce automation to enhance team efficiency and scalable methodologies.
  • Leading initiatives to improve self‑service analytics and architecting solutions to empower teams to access their own insights confidently.
  • Manage high‑impact ad hoc analysis and provide strategic recommendations for complex and ambiguous business challenges.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, emerging trends and potential risks through data exploration.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a data analytics role.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data manipulation and querying.
  • Hands‑on experience with data analysis programming languages (Python or R).
  • Proven experience building interactive dashboards and reports using enterprise visualisation tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Interest in the digital healthcare industry.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Background in healthcare or regulated industries (Medtech, fintech).
  • Familiarity with AWS (e.g., Redshift, Glue, SageMaker).
