Boots Opticians in Dartford is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor. You will be based in-store, report to the store manager, and build relationships by listening to customer needs to recommend the right eyewear or service.
You will develop knowledge through the Step Into Optics training programme with hands-on experience, while performing dispensing, eye-test support, aftercare, and shop floor maintenance to ensure a high standard of service.
