Responsibilities
- Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools
- Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
- Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
- Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
- Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor and support colleagues every step of the way
- Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
- Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset and eagerness to coach and guide others
- Experience in enhanced services (preferred)
- Strong understanding of local clinical networks (preferred)
