About this role You will lead Boots' TikTok Shop channel, owning commercial performance and day-to-day operations for a business that's new to the platform. This role is for a hands-on TikTok Shop specialist who can drive revenue growth, shape LIVE commerce, and build internal capability across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Brand teams. You will act as Boots' in-house TikTok Shop expert, bringing proven experience from another TikTok Shop business and building capability across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Brand teams. Partner closely with the Boots Marketing lead, who will own content, creator and affiliate strategy., Commercial Trading
TikTok Shop Operations
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Seller Centre activity.
- Oversee product catalogue, listings and launches.
- Monitor account health, platform compliance and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate fulfilment, returns and customer experience with our partners
LIVE Commerce
- Own the planning and execution of TikTok Shop LIVE shopping events.
- Develop a LIVE commerce calendar aligned to key trading moments.
- Coordinate product selection, offers, stock readiness and event execution.
- Partner with Marketing on hosts, creators and content planning.
- Analyse LIVE performance and optimise future events.
Reporting & Optimisation
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting.
- Monitor GMV, conversion, AOV, traffic, product and campaign performance.
- Use insights to continuously improve channel performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the key point of coordination Marketing, Brand Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Services, Retail Media and external partners
Capability Building
- Develop TikTok Shop playbooks, SOPs and best practices.
- Upskill Boots teams on TikTok Shop operations and commercial levers.
- Build internal expertise and reduce dependency on external support over time.
Hands-on experience managing a live TikTok Shop.
- Proven ownership of TikTok Shop sales and commercial performance.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Seller Centre.
- Experience with product listings, trading, promotions and reporting.
- Experience managing operational issues, fulfilment and marketplace performance.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, beauty, wellness or consumer goods.
