As a Pharmacist Store Manager with us you'll be combining your excellent customer and patient care with leading, coaching, and developing a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and performance of your store, keeping customers close to heart.
- Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice.
- Be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
- Build the capability of store teams.
- Conduct continual reviews through audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
- Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
Qualifications
- Professional, caring character with a true desire to help us change for the better.
- Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
- Strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, and ability to implement it in store to drive strong performance results.
- Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
- Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
- Great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
