Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand transformation objectives and evolving needs.
- Translate transformation plans into clear people priorities and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate people‑related activities across major transformation programmes.
- Ensure all people initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to project plans, and support business outcomes.
- Provide strategic input to shape workforce, culture, and change approaches during transformation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader in complex transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- High level of emotional intelligence and a wide understanding of people issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a clinical or regulated environment (preferred).
