Healthcare Clinic Assistants are the first persons patients see and speak to when they arrive for their appointment. You will deliver care and direction for every patient, responding quickly to their needs and play an integral part of the pharmacy services team. You will work in our in-store clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients arriving for pre-booked appointments and explain how their appointment will work.
  • Check, capture and verify patient data on an electronic device.
  • Observe patients in the waiting area following their appointment and report any potential issues to the appropriate member of the team.
  • Comply with governance, policies, standard operating procedures and health and safety rules.
  • Work collaboratively as a supportive member of the team to achieve team and organisational goals.
  • Receive training in basic first aid skills to support adverse reactions.
