Responsibilities

  • Use your scientific expertise to work with our external supplier base to deliver finished formulations that delight our consumers.
  • Lead and deliver formulation activities to ensure products are delivered on time and to cost targets.
  • Own and manage project formulation timings and technical risks that impact delivery.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with technical and commercial teams.
  • Serve as a key technical contact for our manufacturing partners and product suppliers.

Qualifications

  • A science degree with at least 5 years of experience in skincare formulation and product development.
  • Technical know-how to solve problems and create business opportunities that enhance consumer value.
  • Ability to effectively communicate specialist technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience and confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders within a cross‑functional team.
  • Confidence in setting and working within quality systems.
  • Experience of managing individuals or teams is desirable.
  • Experience in leading cross‑functional projects.
