About The Role
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
- Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
- Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
- Conducting continual reviews through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety
- Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
What You’ll Need To Have
- Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Demonstrated professional expertise and respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and local professionals
- Passion for community pharmacy and providing best care for customers
- Collaborative with a team‑centered approach
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
- Great communication skills; able to put people at ease and meet varied needs
