Overview
Join a Campaign Insight Analyst role within the Customer Marketing & Loyalty team at Boots UK, based in Nottingham. The team turns Boots Advantage Card data into clear, actionable insights to enable highly personal, relevant communications and commercial value.
You will be numerate, logical and curious about customer behaviour, and you will work within the Personalisation and Customer Data Science team, focusing on campaign activation and insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify optimum audiences for marketing campaigns.
- Build targeted campaign selections.
- Analyse campaign results across email, app and social channels.
- Translate findings and present to business partners, providing insight to shape future strategies and improve commercial value.
- Improve existing processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
What you’ll need to have
- Relevant experience or a degree with quantitative elements (e.g., Maths, Physics, Geography, Psychology).
- Experience translating business questions into analytical problems and developing scalable data-driven solutions.
- Experience presenting complex results to less technical audiences.
- Curiosity to investigate potential problems and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence in communicating with others and building relationships; working with marketing teams is important.
It would be great if you also have
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience targeting, optimization or measurement of marketing activity (e.g., Adobe Campaign or similar).
- Experience using relational databases and delivering results in a commercial environment.
- Expertise in working with large structured and unstructured data sets.
- Examples of automating business processes.
