What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse colleagues within our Burton Service Centre Night Shift operation, ensuring you complete work safely, accurately, and on time.

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse colleagues within our Burton Service Centre Night Shift operation, ensuring you complete work safely, accurately, and on time.

You will deliver operational performance while creating a positive and engaged team culture.

You will lead colleagues and coaching individuals to achieve their potential and ensuring excellent service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a team of warehouse colleagues.

  • Delivering productivity, quality, attendance and service targets.
  • Coaching colleagues to maximise performance and capability.
  • Monitoring team performance and taking action to improve results.
  • Delivering team briefings and maintaining clear communication throughout the shift.
  • Supporting workflow and resource allocation across operational areas.
  • Maintaining shift handovers and operational updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, security and operational standards.
  • Working collaboratively with support departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.

Previous experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
