About the role

You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities may include working at the tills, advising customers, or assisting in the back shop.

Key responsibilities

  • Help customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions, and giving great advice on our products; recommend items they haven't considered or offer a basket.
  • Know our in-store offers and schemes, and promote them to maximise customer benefit.
  • Ensure the store runs smoothly – e.g., display items correctly on the shop floor, replenish stock from deliveries, and provide a great service to customers.
  • Work with teammates to create a pleasant shopping experience, keeping the store clean and presentable.
  • Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

What you’ll need to have

  • Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
  • Communicate and listen effectively.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative dynamic.
  • Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
  • Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
  • Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass. References must be day specific, with no unaccounted periods between each reference date of more than 28 days. If a period exceeds 28 days, an additional reference should cover the short period. The five‑year period must cover the exact last 5 years from today.

It would be great if you also have
