The predicted salary is between 27100 - 31400 £ per year.

The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role:

  • Works onsite and reports to the Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Duties include helping at the tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Help customers and put them at ease – listening to learn more, answering questions, giving great advice on our products, recommending items, or offering a basket.
  • Know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them.
  • Help the store run smoothly – ensure the right products are displayed on the shop floor, provide great service at the tills, and support stock in the stock rooms.
  • Work with teammates to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

You will be provided with award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
