As a Store Manager you will work in store and truly drive the success of your store, inspiring your teams with a passion for great customer care. About The Role

  • Lead, challenge and inspire your team to deliver business growth by providing exceptional care to our customers and patients.
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, keeping our customers at the heart of everything.
  • Act as a passionate ambassador for the Boots brand, helping us become the world’s best pharmacy‑led health and beauty retailer.
  • Make the shop floor your own, getting to know our teams, sales and operations.

What You’ll Need To Have

  • Retail management and commercial experience, with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement it in store to drive strong performance results.
  • Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
  • A collaborative personality and ability to thrive in a team‑centred approach.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
