We’re looking for a Wellness Specialist to join our in-store team.
You’ll champion wellbeing at every touchpoint, helping customers discover routines, products, and habits that support their physical, mental, and emotional health.
On the shop floor, you’ll create empowering, personalised experiences — offering expert wellness guidance, understanding individual needs, and recommending holistic solutions that fit naturally into people’s lives.

About The Role
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you’ll support all wellness brands, offering expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience every time.
- You’ll use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products, including our in‑store and online services, referring to specialists where needed.
- You’ll use your communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs.
- This is a sales-based role, but success is shared as a team—there’s no competitive, performance‑based commission here
- We take pride in our stores, so you’ll help keep shelves stocked, tidy, and looking their best throughout the day.
