Role: Merchandising Specialist, As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Core Merchandising rebuild plans.

Responsibilities

  • Applying merchandising standards to ensure our planograms are commercially focused and effective.
  • Collaborating with merchandising specialists to anticipate and resolve problems and escalating when necessary.
  • Planning and delivering smaller rebuild changes such as NLU's, smaller categories, or sub‑categories, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Creating planograms that help our stores deliver the best customer experience first time.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all rebuild relevant information is provided accurately and on‑time.

  • Has a good knowledge of Excel (training on our merchandising databases will be provided).
