Job Description As a Dispensing Store Manager you will use your leadership experience and passion to help your retail and pharmacy business to grow and change for the better. About the role Working onsite, you will report to the Area Managerand lead from the front by being a visible and accessible part of your team. You will also: Work with your retail and pharmacy teams to achieve the business goals for your store, whilst keeping our customers at heart of what we do Deliver a sustainable and efficient retail and pharmacy operating platform in your store to ensure stock availability, control costs, minimise loss and meet our customers’ expectations Keep up to date with new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services, New Product Development launches and much more Interpret data, trends and insights to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer Be responsible for the performance and development of your team which you will deliver through regular coaching and reviews Conduct regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. Experience leading a team in a retail environment An NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services that is valid in the UK A Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent It would be great if you also have These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential, so we would welcome applications from candidates that don’t match this additional criteria.
