We are seeking an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician for a full-time, on-site role located in London Wembley. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear, provide expert advice on frame and lens options, take precise measurements for eyeglasses or contact lens fittings, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will support daily store operations, maintain inventory, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of eyewear selection, lens types, and optical products
- Experience in customer service, specifically providing tailored recommendations
- Ability to take accurate measurements and perform adjustments for eyeglasses and frames
