About the role

Find out from Becky in the video at the bottom of this page what a typical day as No7 Advisor looks like—from engaging with customers to providing personalised beauty consultations, helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products
  • Meet sales targets and communicate No7 offers and in-store promotions
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
  • Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team to create a vibrant and supportive working environment
  • Ensure your counter is presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products
