About the role:
As a L’Oreal Consultant you will be self-motivated with a passion for makeup and for delivering excellent customer service. You will work in store, on your own beauty counter located within our beauty hall. You will report to the Assistant Manager and a L’Oreal Paris Area Manager.
Your role will involve:
- Actively engage and approach customers on the shop floor to introduce them to L'Oreal Paris make up products.
- Use insights to develop a counter specific plan to deliver the commercial plan.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to maximise on shelf availability.
- Use the brand strategy on counter to implement all launches and merchandising following brand guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with the wider store team.
- Keep up to date with the latest social trends, L'Oreal Paris make up products and tips and techniques for application to inspire your customers.
- Accurately record and create reports.
