We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the No7 Beauty Company FP&A team, reporting into the Head of Finance β Global Marketing and R&D.
What you\βll be doing
This role provides you with the opportunity to obtain experience in international markets and work with various levels within the organisation. With significant exposure to the No7 Beauty Company Leadership Team, Chief Growth Officer and Global Senior Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, you will provide insight, challenge and influence to drive decision making and action across UK and Global Marketing teams (including Beauty Incubator, PR and the B-Hive internal creative agency). You will do this while maintaining ownership of the end to end financial processes and cost management for these business areas. You will be able to drive business performance through both insightful analysis, and helping identify, implement and drive forward process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- FP&A lead for UK Marketing business, Global Central Marketing business, PR and B-Hive (internal creative agency) teams, including month-end, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate the FP&A plan and calendar to all Marketing leaders, setting clear expectations on deliverables within wider organisation timelines
- Provide visibility of marketing spend and return on investment, supporting and challenging stakeholders where required
- Challenge Marketing teams and leaders to clearly identify the most accurate forecast, risks and opportunities to achieve business goals
- Produce monthly performance packs and attendance in relevant meetings, giving clear performance insights
- Provide FP&A support to the Brand Growth Leadership Team and Heads of Finance in No7 Beauty Company
- Collaborate with UK, US and EMEA & APAC Finance teams and Central FP&A team
- Support on global creative agency deal for No7BC and lead on financial processes for creative agency
- Support central FP&A reporting with commercial insight, being the subject matter expert for your area
- Line management and development of Senior Finance Analyst β Commercial & Marketing
- Work with a \βcontinuous improvement\β mindset to simplify and automate processes and reporting
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as required, to provide insight into business performance
- Support overall No7BC finance team with wider team projects and objectives
What you\βll need to have (our must-haves)
- A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Experience working in FP&A
- Capable of partnering with a wide range of stakeholders of all levels in the business
- Strong commercial awareness with a good working knowledge of Excel (PA/TM1 experience desirable)
