As a Healthcare Category Development Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the broader Healthcare Development & Public Affairs team, reporting into a Healthcare Development Manager. You’ll bring your exceptional organisational skills, eagerness to learn, and keen eye for detail to the role. Working alongside a passionate, multi-skilled team, you’ll be part of an exciting group committed to delivering impactful results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team across various development projects.
  • Assist the team in the continuous development of future in-store experience and partnership propositions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong internal relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of wider business functions.
  • Take ownership of critical path elements, holding team members accountable to ensure milestones are met.
  • Stay informed on performance metrics and important trends within the healthcare market, and share insights with key stakeholders.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-skilled team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay on top of project timelines and deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tracking milestones, managing administrative tasks, and reviewing project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other tools to support analysis and report generation.
