We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager to play a key role in shaping our product and service portfolio, driving market share growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong blend of commercial, analytical, and operational expertise, along with the ability to manage suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
As a Senior Category Manager, you will take ownership of our hearing aid, accessories, and service portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive and customer-focused while aligning with business goals and market trends. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional plans, and category roadmaps to drive growth and maximise customer engagement and profitability. Using data-driven insights, you will analyse category performance, forecast demand, and make informed decisions to strengthen Boots Hearingcare’s market position.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will build strong relationships with global and local Sonova partners, manufacturers, and service providers to ensure seamless product launches and effective supply chain management. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to influence and lead teams, driving successful category plans that enhance customer conversion rates.
