This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity to take full ownership of Boots Hearingcare’s website, app, and e-commerce performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs seamlessly – from uptime and security to booking journeys and customer experience, while driving continuous improvement across our digital estate. This isn’t just website management – it’s ownership. No reactive firefighting. No lack of control. The role As a Website Manager, you’ll:

  • Own the operational performance, stability, and security of the website and app
  • Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
  • Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
  • Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
  • Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, cookies, accessibility, and security standards
  • Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
  • Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e-commerce performance
  • Work with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver enhancements

  • 4–6 years’ experience managing websites or digital platforms
  • Experience owning website performance, uptime, and user experience
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, and web technologies
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
  • Knowledge of GDPR, security, and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with agencies, developers, and cross‑functional teams
