As a MultiāStore Audiologist you will work across multiple stores covering Southeast London, support clinic management, deliver exceptional customerāfocused hearing care, act as a Boots Hearingcare Ambassador, and guide customers through their hearing journey with expert recommendations from our full product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
- Safely perform BSAārecommended procedures.
- Maintain precise clinical records.
- Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
- Champion Hearingcare and generate ināstore demand.
- Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements.
Qualifications
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2+ years postāqualification experience.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
