The clinic environment

The role

  • As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist (12-month FTC), you’ll:
  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

Development & future opportunities

While this role is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis, you’ll still benefit from the full support, development, and clinical standards of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova. During the contract, you’ll have access to:

  • Ongoing CPD and clinical development
  • Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
  • The opportunity to demonstrate leadership, performance, and clinical excellence
  • Strong performance during the FTC may open up opportunities across our wider clinic network.

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • 2+ years' post-qualification experience
