About the Role
As a Hearing Wellness Advisor you will gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge hearing technology, perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive, fully funded training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy. This is an ideal stepping stone into a clinical audiology career with opportunities for progression into advanced hearing care roles.

Training & Career Progression

- Training Journey: Training is spread over several months with a structured learning approach at the dedicated Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno, covering core audiology knowledge, customer interactions, and specialist procedures. Accommodation and expenses are fully covered.
- In‑Store Mentorship & Hands‑On Experience: Work alongside experienced Audiologists. Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance. Learn how to discuss hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways with customers.
- Specialist Skills & Advanced Hearing Services: Progress into specialist training, including wax removal (Micro Suction). Learn advanced hearing technology and recommend tailored solutions for a variety of hearing needs.
