Role
- Lead and support multiple clinics, with Bath as your main location
- Spend 3 days per week in clinic as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, leading by example
- Take ownership of cluster performance, customer outcomes, and team development
- Coach and develop your teams to deliver strong clinical and commercial results
- Maintain high operational standards across all locations
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building strong customer and team relationships
- Collaborate with Regional and Support Office teams to deliver business priorities

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC registered)
- 5+ years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong commercial awareness and track record of delivering results
- Experience supporting or leading others (multi‑site desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and operational capability
