Role

  • Lead and support multiple clinics, with Bath as your main location
  • Spend 3 days per week in clinic as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, leading by example
  • Take ownership of cluster performance, customer outcomes, and team development
  • Coach and develop your teams to deliver strong clinical and commercial results
  • Maintain high operational standards across all locations
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building strong customer and team relationships
  • Collaborate with Regional and Support Office teams to deliver business priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC registered)
  • 5+ years’ post‑qualification experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and track record of delivering results
  • Experience supporting or leading others (multi‑site desirable)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and operational capability
