RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement the overall strategic vision of the bar chain.
    • Identify growth opportunities, including potential new locations and expansion strategies.
    • Develop and implement the business plan.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and the profitability of each bar.
    • Analyse financial reports to make informed decisions that enhance revenue and reduce costs.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Ensure all bars operate smoothly and consistently adhere to high standards of service and quality.
    • Implement and monitor efficient operational procedures and policies.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate the management team and staff across all locations.
    • Develop a strong culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure ongoing training and development programs are in place for staff.
  • Brand Management & Marketing
    • Maintain and enhance the brand's image and reputation within the industry.
    • Oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and bar experiences that align with the brand's values.
    • Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the patron experience.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure all locations comply with local and government regulations, including health, safety, and licensing laws.

  • Relationship Management
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the brand.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Report to and communicate regularly with the board of directors or ownership group/investors on business performance and strategic initiatives.
    • Foster open communication channels within the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.
