- Has experience of teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
- Can create engaging, personalised learning opportunities that meet a range of individual needs.
- Is skilled at building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Has high expectations and believes that every child can succeed.
- Can work collaboratively with class teachers, teaching assistants and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Is compassionate, adaptable and committed to inclusive practice.
