The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store, by leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store. You will be responsible for:

1. Leading a small team covering fresh cabinet replenishment overnight.
2. Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the team.
3. Ensuring the store is presentable for the next day.
4. Working cross-functionally to support other departments when required.

This position attracts an additional unsocial hours premium for working between midnight and 6am. The working schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9pm to 6am, and Tuesday from 10pm to 6am, totaling 36.75 hours per week. You will also be trained as a duty manager and first aider.
