Overview
Team Leader (Trading) 18 years+
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Advertised Salary: £13.30ph
Contract: 36.75hrs, overtime up to 39 Hours.
Working pattern:
Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week
Weekdays will be a mix of 8 hours shifts in the window of 6am to 10:30pm
Responsibilities
- Oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift, providing guidance, instruction on how to approach a task and leading by example.
 - Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.
 - In the absence of senior management you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store.
 
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience required
 - Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week
