A fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Buyer within the Ambient Buying Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To successfully complete the Trainee Buyer Programme.
  • To source and develop a credible and commercially viable range that appeals to our customers and supports Booths strategy and values.
  • Deliver the KPIs against the budget, reviewing sales performance and amending plans to ensure that we are continually growing category sales, volume and profit.
  • Deliver customer centric pricing, promotional and product/ranging plans in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and manage category trading plans with the Buying Manager.
  • Generate buying income against agreed budgets.
