Working Pattern: We have both part time and full time roles available for a period of 6 months fixed term contract. Working days will consist of Monday - Saturday and some Sundays.

The role is to ensure accuracy of stock movement between Booths, its stores and third party customers through timely receipting and charging of all goods using business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver a high level of customer service by delivering a warm northern welcome to every customer each and every time.
  • To demonstrate all of the characteristics of Booths outlined in the Company Purpose.
  • To respond to any internal customer queries and complaints in a professional manner directing them to the relevant department if necessary and in a timely manner.
  • To ensure compliance with Company Procedures and Legislation relating to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene.
  • To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role and present a smart, respectful, clean and professional image at all times.
  • To adhere to all safe and legal practices and to work in accordance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance notes.
  • To be an active member of the Admin team undertaking any other duties within the department as reasonably directed by the Supervisor and Management in the interest of customer service and efficiency.
  • Duties may include, especially at peak operational periods: Completion of stock takes, Warehouse duties, Cleaning.
