The Role: We’re recruiting a senior L&D Manager to set the vision for learning and ensure exceptional delivery across all functions. From mandatory training to specialist “craft & skill” and leadership development, your team will design and deliver programmes that build capability at every level. Significant experience leading an L&D strategy is essential.
