Full time 37.5 hours based at our Central office in Preston. Salary: Competitive. This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months with a planned start date of April 2026.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the main point of contact for our B2B customers and manage the relationship with them, delivering excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth by proposing new ranges, managing and negotiating cost prices with customers, planning promotional and other marketing activity.
- Ensuring day to day queries from customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
- Taking an active role and leading meetings with customers and communicating their requirements internally.
- Completing weekly Sales and Service Level analysis.
Your skills and experience:

- Experience of having to effectively prioritize and be adaptable in a professional environment.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take accountability for actions and decisions.
- The ability to work as part of a close knit team.
- Experience and confidence in dealing with challenging situations.
- To be able to problem solve and find answers for yourself.
- Experience of leading meetings.
- Ability to analyse data to inform commercial decisions.

- UK Driving Licence.
- Willing to travel within the UK.
