This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months on a 37.5hrs contract. The role is based at our Central office in Preston.

The Role ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the payroll process for an allocation of stores
- Calculating correct employee pay by considering hours worked, overtime rates, taxes, national insurance payments and other factors
- Processing Manual employee payments
- Calculate gross to net calculations
- Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments
- Answering employee questions about their timesheets and pay slips in line with Payroll SLA
- Distributing forms such as P45, P60 and P11d
- Following payroll reconciliation process with accuracy and in line with payroll processing deadlines
- Processing of new starters, changes and leavers
- Maintaining electronic records
- Compliance with HMRC legislation
- Compliance with GDPR legislation
- Processing pension applications
- Maintaining complete confidentiality
