Location: Main Drive, St Annes FY8 3UT

Hours: 7.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing date: 05/06/26

Working Pattern: This is a part time position with a contract of 7.5 hours per week. You must be available to work on a Saturday or a Sunday. You must be over 18 years to apply for this role. As part of your contract, we ask for availability that is, as a minimum, one and a half times your weekly hours. For example, if you were on a 10-hour contract, we would ask for 15 hours of availability. This doesn’t mean you will work 15 hours (unless there is overtime available, and this may be offered to you) but your shifts may be placed anywhere within the availability you provide. This helps us build fair, consistent rotas, and ensures we can meet customer demand across the week. With this role being in Retail, you must also be available to work one late night and one weekend day per week. You will have 2.5 weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be. If you can’t exactly match the hours and days we are looking for, this can be discussed. We are always happy to hear from you.

Our Dream is to be loved by our customers for inspiring and nourishing their desire for excellent food and drink.

The Role: Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Specialist Customer Assistant, you will be working on our Counters: as part of our Counters team, you will be working with a variety of meat, fish and dairy products and the role will involve using knives. You will have a high degree of customer interaction and should therefore have a friendly, polite and approachable manner.
